Terms and Conditions about daytime tours and night tours

  1. About Daytime tours and Night tours

    1. All the Daytime tours and Night tours start from Crown Plaza Hotel Beijing Wuzhou(CPHW); please meet the guide 15 minutes before departure at the registration desk.
    2. These local tours will leave at 08:30 am and return to CPHW approximately at 17:00 pm if traffic is normal.
    3. All the Night tours start from Crown Plaza Hotel Beijing Wuzhou(CPHW); please meet with the guide 15 minutes before departure at the registration desk.
    4. The Daytime tours and Night tours are subject to a minimum of ten participants. In case of insufficient bookings, we will inform you 30 days in advance, certain amount of price difference is required.

  2. About Reservation

    To ensure participation, it is recommended that tours are booked and paid for in advance. Please indicate your registration number, your selection of DT or NT, total number of participants and names as shown in passports and email your request to lds@dynasty-tours.cn and lwz@dynasty-tours.cn

  3. About Tour Rates

    - The costs for all DT tours include English-speaking tour guides, admissions to the main entrance, air-conditioned coach, and Chinese lunch.
    - The costs of the NT tours include English-speaking tour guides, admission tickets, and the air-conditioned coach

  4. About Payment
    Please kindly be advised that the booking may only become effective after we get the full payment.
    Please kindly notice that total payment must be made THIRTY days ahead of the departure date.
  1. About Final Confirmation, voucher and invoice

    1. When we receive your total payment, you will get a confirmation email from us which includes the confirmed program
    2. Please exchange your DT / NT voucher and invoice at tour reception at CPHW with our final confirmation when you make registration.
  1. About Amendments and Cancellation

    -  The reservation for the Daytime tours and Night tours cannot be cancelled after the payment, but you are permitted to change the tour circuit THIRTY days (30 days) ahead of the departure date.

  2. About Insurance

    • Please kindly be advised that Travel Agency Liability Insurance will be provided by us during the time you join our tours.
    • It is highly recommended that you buy Travel Insurance in your own country before your departure in order to cover the whole aspect of your trip.
