Terms and Conditions about Post-conference Tours

  1. About Post-conference Tours

    1. The post-conference tours will start from Crown Plaza Hotel Beijing Wuzhou (CPHB). For detailed programs and itineraries, please kindly visit the website or contact our tour secretary.
    2. Final information will be announced by the tour reception and the meeting time will be double informed on the evening by the guides one day before departure date.
    3. The tours are subject to a minimum of ten participants. In case of insufficient bookings, we will inform you 30 days before the departure date, the balance should be paid by you.

  2. About Reservation

    To ensure participation, it is recommended that tours are booked and paid for in advance. Please indicate your registration number, your selection of DT or NT, total number of participants and names as shown in passports and email your request to lds@dynasty-tours.cn and lwz@dynasty-tours.cn

  3. About Tour Rates

    - The costs for all tours include English-speaking tour guides, admissions to the main entrance, air-conditioned coach, domestic flights, hotel accommodation and the meals written in the itineraries, with exclusion of international airfares to your home country and personal expense (PS: Hotel check-out should be before 12:00).

  4. About Payment
    1. A non refundable deposit of $200.00 is required.
    2. Please kindly be advised that the booking may only become effective after we get the full payment.
    3. Please kindly notice that total payment must be made THIRTY days ahead of the departure date.
  1. About Final Confirmation, voucher and invoice

    1. When we receive your total payment, you will get a confirmation email from us which includes the confirmed program
    2. - Please exchange your PT voucher and invoice at tour reception at CPHW with our final confirmation when you make registration.
  1. About Amendments

    1. If in case there is any change made by participants on traveling date or total number of passengers joining this tour, a written notice is required at least THIRTY days ahead of the traveling date.
    2. Our operator will send you another email within one working day to confirm the changes you have made.
    3. Amendment fee will be charged in addition to any charges levied by hotels, ground/cruise operators or airlines if an amendment is requested within THIRTY days of the scheduled departure date.


  2. About Cancellation Policy

    All cancellations must be made in written form to lds@dynasty-tours.cn lwz@dynasty-tours.cn and will be subject to the following cancellation charges from the date the written cancellation is received.

  3. About Insurance

    • Please kindly be advised that Travel Agency Liability Insurance will be provided by us during the time you join our tours.
    • It is highly recommended that you buy Travel Insurance in your own country before your departure in order to cover the whole aspect of your trip.
