Yellow Mountain could be the setting for a fantasy movie. Dark forests and craggy foreboding peaks jutting through the mist and clouds have inspired writers and artist for centuries. Explore these for a few days between visits to China modern mega cities of Shanghai & Guangzhou.

Day 1 Place & Transport: Arrive in Guangzhou Todays Activities: Airport to Hotel Transfer (Guangzhou)
Day 2 Place & Transport: Guangzhou Todays Activities: Guangzhou Zhongshan Memorial Hall, Temple of the Six Banyan Trees, Chen Ancestral Shrine Meals: Breakfast, Chinese Lunch --Guangzhou Zhongshan Memorial Hall: Guangzhou Zhongshan Memorial Hall is really a magnificent building in the shape of octangle. It is not only one of the symbolic constructions in Guangzhou with its majestic appearance and the infused rich Chinese national color, but also an important place for large scale meeting and performance. --Temple of the Six Banyan Trees: A world famous ancient Buddhist temple, built 1460 years ago. It has since been known as Temple of the Six Banyan Trees. --Chen Ancestral Shrine: Nest to the Chen Ancestral Shrine Subway Station, No.7 Zhongshan Road, Liwan District, Chen Ancestral Shrine is a typical symbol of Lingnan traditional architecture achievement and is reputed as "Pearl of Lingnan Architecture".

Day 4 Place & Transport: Yellow Mountain Todays Activities: Cableway up, Huangshan Scenic area Meals: Breakfast, Chinese Lunch --Cableway up: You can enjoy the scenery along the way up to the yellow mountain by cable car. --Huangshan Scenic area: Located in the south of Anhui Province, with an area of about 1,200 square kilometers, known as "the loveliest mountain in China", famous for its magnificent scenery made up of many granite peaks and rocks emerging out of clouds.
Day 5 Place & Transport: Yellow Mountain to Shanghai Todays Activities: Hotel to airport Transfer (Yellow Mountain), Airport to Hotel Transfer (Shanghai), Hongcun Village, Cableway down Meals: Breakfast, Chinese Lunch --Hongcun Village: Its located in the place which is about 10 kilometers off the northeast part of Yixian County. An ancient town over 800 years old leaning against Mt. Huangshan, it is folded in the fog of the Mt. which makes it look like a river and mountain picture. It enjoys the reputation of "The Chinese town in the pictures". Especially, the whole town distributes like a "cow", which made it one of the wonders in the world culture heritage. The famous film "Crouching Tiger" was made here. --Cableway down: You can enjoy the scenery along the way down to the yellow mountain by cable car.
Day 6 Place & Transport: Shanghai Todays Activities: Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Shanghai Museum, Yuyuan Garden, Yu Market Meals: Breakfast, Chinese Lunch --Oriental Pearl TV Tower: Standing by the Huangpu River with 468 meters high, Oriental Pearl TV Tower is the highest TV Tower in Asia (up to the last floor to see Shanghai scenery).It is a new landmark of Shanghai in 21st century. --Shanghai Museum: The biggest museum in China, with a collection of over 120,000 pieces of Chinese art & cultural relics. The museum is especially famous for its treasures of bronzes, ceramics, paintings, and calligraphy. --Yuyuan Garden: A traditional Chinese park decorated by beautiful pavilions, miniature lakes, bridges and rock formations. Yuyuan Garden is not only a famous classical garden in South China, but also a major historic and cultural site under state protection. --Yu Market: It is a busy market today, specializing in traditional arts and crafts. Outside, however, it st ill looks like a temple. A saying goes like this: One cant boast that he had been to Shanghai if he did not pay a visit to Chenghuang Temple. While the Temple to the City Gods does not have anything new or interesting to see. We will stop for few minutes to give you time to browse the stalls.
