Day 1: Beijing / Lhasa 
transfer to the railway station and take train to Lhasa. Stay on the train.
Information about Train : T27 Beijing/ Lhassa 21:30 -20:58 (Duration: 47h28 m )

Day 2: On the train   
Stay on the train. This day, you can pass some important cities of China, XiĄŻan, Lanzhou, Xining.

Day 3: On the train   
Stay on the train. Arrive at Lhasa in the evening. Be met and transferred to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4: Lhasa/ Tsedang 
Have breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Tsedang, have rest at the hotel and acclimatize the altitude (3600m). After noon, visit the Yongbulakhang, reputed to be the first palace in Tibet history, is also one of the oldest buildings in Tibet. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5: Tsedang / Yamdrok Yumtso / Gyantze  
Have breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Gyantze, visit the Yamdrok Yumtso Lake on the way, one of the three holiest lakes in Tibet, lies at Nhagartse, located about 100 kilometers (62 miles) to the southwest of Lhasa. Arrive at Gyangze, visit the Palkhor Monastery, also named Palcho Monastery, is very different from other monasteries. It lies about 230 kilometers (143 miles) south of Lhasa and 100 (62 miles) east of Shigatse at the foot of Dzong Hill. Roam at the old city. Have dinner and overnight at Nhagartse village.

Day 6: Gyantze / Shigatse     
Have breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Shigatse, visit the Shalu Monastery on the way. The Shalu Monastery is located 20 kilometers (12 miles) south of Shigatse. Arrive at Shigatse, visit the Tashilhunpo Monastery which is one of the Six Big Monasteries of Gelugpa (or Yellow Hat Sect) in Tibet. Also called the Heap of Glory, the monastery is located at the foot of Drolmari (Taras Mountain). Have lunch during the visit. Then walk around the free market. Have dinner and overnight at the hotel. 

Day 7: Shigatse / Lhasa      
Have breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Lhasa, capital city of Tibet. Upon arrival, have lunch at the city, then visit the Norbulingka, meaning Treasure Park in Tibetan, is situated in the western suburb of Lhasa City, at the bank of the Kyichu River, about one km (about 0.6 mile) southwest of Potala Palace. Visit the Sera Monastery, at the foot of Tatipu Hill is located in the northern suburb of Lhasa City. Then visit the Nun Monastery. Have dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 8: Lhasa 
Have breakfast at the hotel. Visit the Potala Palace, is located on the Red Hill of Lhasa, Tibet. Destroyed by lightning and war, Potala Palace had been rebuilt by the Fifth Dalai Lama in 1645. Continue to visit Jokhang Temple, located in central Lhasa in Tibet. With an area of 25,100 square meters (about six acres), it is the ultimate pilgrimage destination for Tibetan Pilgrims. Roam at Barkhor street, a circular street at the center of Old Lhasa, is the oldest street in a very traditional city in Tibet. Have lunch during the visit. Have dinner in the city and overnight at the hotel.
 
Day 9 : Lhasa 
Have breakfast at the hotel. Visit the Drepung Monastery, Situated at the foot of the Mountain Gambo Utse, 5 kilometers (3.1 miles) from the western suburb of Lhasa. Visit the Sera Monastery, at the foot of Tatipu Hill is located in the northern suburb of Lhasa City. Have lunch on the way. Continue to visit Norbulingka, meaning Treasure Park in Tibetan, is situated in the western suburb of Lhasa City, at the bank of the Kyichu River, about one km (about 0.6 mile) southwest of Potala Palace. Have dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 10 : Lhasa 
Have breakfast at the hotel. After this day, we have several options :
1) Return Beijing, Xian, Chengdu by train.
2) Return Beijing, Xian, Shanghai, Chengdu by plane.
3) Extend your trip in Tibet.
4) Take plane to Zhongdian and travel in Yunnan province.
