Day 1: Beijing Arrival C Tiananmen Square C Jingshan Park (Coal Hill) C Temple of Heaven Arrive at Beijing, be met and transferred to Hotel. After lunch, visit Tiananmen Square. Located at the center of Beijing City is Tiananmen Square, where you can visit Tiananmen Tower, Monument to the Peoples Heroes, Great Hall of the People, Mao Zedong Memorial Hall and see the national flag raising ceremony. Then, visit Jingshan Park and Temple of Heaven. Overnight at hotel. B+L+D
Day 2: Beijing Forbidden City C Summer Palace Have breakfast at the hotel, visit Forbidden City, called Gu Gong in Chinese, was the imperial palace during the Ming and Qing dynasties. Now known as the Palace Museum, it is to the north of Tiananmen Square. Rectangular in shape, it is the worlds largest palace complex and covers 74 hectares. After lunch, visit Summer Palace, Situated in the western outskirts of Haidian District, the Summer Palace is 15 kilometers (9.3 miles) from central Beijing. Here, you can see Imperial Theater, Suzhou Market Street, Hall of Dispelling Clouds and Kunming Lake. Overnight at hotel. B+L+D
Day 3: Beijing - Chengde Putuo Zongchengzhi Temple CMountain Resort Have breakfast at the hotel, drive to Chengde, Chengde, lying in the northeast of Hebei Province, is close to Beijing, about 230 kilometers (140 miles) away, Tianjin, Tangshan and Qinhuangdao. Upon arrival, visit Putuo Zongchengzhi Temple, It is the biggest and the most magnificent building in Eight Outer Temples. Built in 1767 imitating the style of the Potala Palace, the temple is also named little Potala Palace. Then, visit Mountain Resort, a key national cultural protection unit, was listed in the World Cultural Heritage Directory in 1994. It was built in the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911) and took about 90 years (1703-1792) to construct. Overnight at hotel. B+L+D
Day 4: Chengde - Beijing - Shanghai (Train) Puning Temple - Jingshanling Great Wall- Picnic at the site - Beijing - Train to Shanghai Have breakfast at the hotel, visit Puning Temple which was built in 1755. It is also known as Big Buddha Temple, for a big wooden Buddhist statue housed there. The Buddhist statue is unusual, being of Kwan-yin, standing 22.23 meters (approx. 72.93 feet) tall, with a thousand eyes and a thousand arms. Return to Beijing, visit Jingshanling Great Wall on the way, it is situated on the Big and Small Jinshanling, hence Jinshanling sectionits name. Based on huge stone bars, the Great Wall was then made by huge bricks, each of which weighed about 12 kilograms (26 pounds). Have picnic at the Great wall. Continue to drive to Beijing, transfer to Beijing railway station and take night to Shanghai. Overnight on the train. B+L
Day 5: Shanghai Promenade at the Bund C Nanjing RoadCShanghai Museum Arrive at Shanghai, be met and transferred to Hotel. Have breakfast at hotel, visit the Bund, also called the Zhongshan Road, is a famous waterfront and regarded as the symbol of Shanghai for hundreds of years. It starts from the Baidu Bridge, which is at the connecting point of the Huangpu River and the Suzhou Creek, to the East Jinling Road and winds a 1500 meters (less than one mile) length. Walk along the famous Nanjing Road, which is considered to be the "No. 1 commercial street in China". Here along its 5.5 kilometers (3.4 miles), you will find over 600 shops that on average are visited by some 1.7 million people each day. In the afternoon, visit Shanghai Museum, Located in the center of Shanghai in Peoples Square, Shanghai Museum is a large museum of ancient Chinese art. Overnight at hotel. B+L+D
Day 6: Shanghai Shanghai Old Town-Yuyuan Garden-Jade Buddha Temple-Free at leisure in the afternoon Have breakfast at the hotel, Promenade at Shanghai Old Town. Visit Yuyuan Garden, which is the largest of Shanghais ancient gardens with architectural styles of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Then, visit Jade Buddha Temple which is one of the most famous Buddhist temples to be found in Shanghai. Free at leisure in the afternoon. Overnight at hotel. B+L+D
Day 7: Shanghai - Suzhou Drive to Suzhou - Lingering Garden - Garden of the Master of the Nets C Tigre Hill C Silk Factory Have breakfast at the hotel, Drive to Suzhou. Upon arrival, visit Lingering Garden, occupying an area of 23,300 square meters (about 5.8 acres), the Lingering Garden is located outside Changmen Gate in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. Then, visit Garden of the Master of the Nets. It is the smallest of the Suzhou residential gardens, yet it is the most impressive because of its use of space which creates the illusion of an area that is much greater than its actual size. Continue to visit Silk Factory. Overnight at hotel. B+L+D
Day 8: Suzhou C Zhouzhuang - Tongli C Shanghai Tongli and boat trip CZhouzhuang and promenade at old townC Return to Shanghai C Free at leisure in the afternoon Have breakfast at the hotel, visit to Tongli and take a boat to experience the local peoples life. Continue to visit Zhouzhuang and promenade at old town. Return to Shanghai. Upon arrival, free at leisure in the afternoon. Overnight at hotel. B+L+D
Day 9: Shanghai Transfer to airport Have breakfast at the hotel, Transfer to airport and take flight to next destination. Service ends
