Tumbling, horse race and bow-and-arrow shooting are the three traditional physical activities, and are one of main programs of Nadamo Grassland Grand Fair.

Camel Race
Commonly known as Boat of Desert, camels used to play an important role in the daily life and military actions of ancient Mongolians. Thus, camels are honored as "the King among all livestock" by herdsmen of Mongolia.

Boke
Boke means tumbling in Mongolian. Since the tumbling way is different from other ethnic tumbling ways, we thus call it Mongolia-style tumbling.

Toxophily Bow and arrow
The bow and arrow are principal hunting tools and important weapons. Later, the two articles were evolved into physical training equipments. Toxophily is one of the most popular entertainment programs of Nadamo Grassland Grand Fair.
