Deposit description of Nihaochinatour
- The circuits of the site of Nihaochinatours
- $300 US/person, if the total amount of your travel is lower than
$1500 US
- $700 US /person, if the total amount of your travel is between
1500 US$ and $2300 US
- $875 US / Person, if the total amount of your travel is more than
$2300 US
For < <The planned tour > >, the deposit is equivalent
to 30 % of full payment;
For< < The Hotel reservation > >, the deposit is equivalent
to 100% of full payment;
- For the transportation reservation, the deposit is equivalent to 100%
of full payment;
- For the local guide and car, the deposit is equivalent to 30%
of full payment;
The payment of your travel will be paid 21 days or less than 14
days before your departure. The charge should be paid by cash or
cable transfer. The rest of payment can also be paid when you arrive in
China. Nihaochinatours will inform you the bank account number. You

Cancellation
If you did not subscribe the guarantee of cancellation, the expenses
will be retained according to the date of your request for cancellation.
Cancellation must be informed to Nihaochinatours by letter or e-mail
in the 3 days.
Expenses retained for the cancellation of a circuit, per
person.
1. More than 30 days: $50 USD of expenses for the file;
2. From 30 to 21 days before the departure: 15 % of full payment;
3. From 20 to 8 days before the departure: 30 % of full paymen;
4. From 7 to 2 days before the departure: 50 % of full paymen;
5. Less than 2 days before the departure: 100 % of full paymen;
The payment less than $50 among item 2.3.4.5, the
expenses retained is directly added to 50 $
Expenses retained for the cancellation of a hotel, per person:
- more than 7 days, it does not have expenses of cancellation ;
- less than 7 days, the amount is the one night cost of reserved
hotel;
Expenses retained for the cancellation of a air
ticket, per person
- more than 7 days before the departure and the ticket was not issued:15 US$ of expenses of file;
- more than 7days before the departure and the ticket has already
issued: 50 % of the amount of the ticket;
- less than 7days before the departure: 75 % of the amount of the ticket.: - less than 24 hours before thedeparture: 100% of the amount of the ticket;
The payment less than $15USD among item 2.3, the retained expenses is directly added to $15
Expenses retained for the cancellation of a train ticke, per person
- more than 10 days before the departure and the ticket was not issued: 10 US$ of expenses of file;
- less than 10 days before the departure or the ticket has already issued: 50 % of the amount of the ticket and 8$ of expenses of file;
The payment less than $10USD among item 2., the expenses retained is directly added to $10
Expenses retained for the cancellation of the service of
guide or car, per person:
- more than 10 days before the date of service reserved: it does
not have expenses of cancellation;
- less than 10 days before the date of service reserved: 10 $ of
expenses of file;
In the event of cancellation of a person in the group, the expenses
of cancellation will be refunded from the total amount of the payment
which is the whole of the participants. Although, the reason for
cancellation does not on behalf of the other members of the group.
Alteration of Itinerary
It is possible for you to defer your voyage for another date or
another circuit
If this modification is done more than 21 days before the departure,
a reserve of 30 US$ will be required of you for the expenses of
file. If this modification has done less than 21 days before the
departure, it will be considered as a cancellation.The expenses
of cancellation has indicated above.
Responsibility
Nihaochinatours act as an agent who provide
the service for his customers . NH shall not be held responsible
for any wrongful or negligent acts, omissions, or the failure of
any equipment operated by any suppliers such as transportation carriers,
cruise, and hotels, or any other party not directly owned or controlled
by NH. According to aforementioned causes no payment should be
refunded to the customers. We will make great efforts to seek the best solution to face the
difficulties
Complaints and Claims
If you have complaint or claim during the travel , you must inform
us by email(contact@nihaochinatours.com are recommended), letter, or
facsimile within 30 days from the end of tour. Relevant receipts
and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim.
NH will not be liable for any claims made later than 30 days after
the completion of tour. The programs of the Web sites of nihaochinatours.com
is mentioned above just as an indication but not contract. You
will be informed of the modifications as soon as possible.
