Deposit description of Nihao Tours:
- The circuits of the site of Nihaochinatours
- $300 US, if the total amount of your travel is lower than $1500 US
- $700 US, if the total amount of your travel is between 1500 US$ and $2300 US
- $875 US, if the total amount of your travel is more than $2300 US

For < <The planned tour > >, a deposit is equal to 30 % of full payment;
For< < The Hotel reservation > >, a deposit is equal to 100% of full payment;
- For the transportation reservation, a deposit is equal to 100% of full payment;
- For the local guide and car, a deposit is equal to 30% of full payment;

The payment of your travel will be paid 21 days or less than 14 days before your departure. The charge should be paid by cash or wire transfer. Cancellation
If you did not subscribe the guarantee of cancellation, the expenses will be retained according to the date of your request for cancellation. Cancellation must be informed to Nihao Tours by letter or e-mail.

Cancellation fee of a circuit, per person:
1. More than 30 days: $50 USD for the document fee;
2. From 30 to 21 days before departure: 15 % of full payment;
3. From 20 to 8 days before departure: 30 % of full payment;
4. From 7 to 2 days before departure: 50 % of full payment;
5. Less than 2 days before departure: 100 % of full payment;

The paymentt less than $50 among item 2.3.4.5, the cancellation fee is directly added to $50.

Cancellation fee of a hotel, per person:
- more than 7 days, $5USD for document fee (except Hongkong);
- Hongkong: more than 7 days, cancellation fee is one night cost of reserved hotel;
- less than 7 days, cancellation fee is one night cost of reserved hotel(except Hongkong);
- Hongkong: less than 7 days, will be varied according to concerned hotel.

Cancellation fee of a air ticket, per person:
-more than 7 days before departure and the ticket is not issued: $15 for document fee;
-more than 7days before departure and the ticket has already issued: 50 % of full payment.
- less than 7days before departure and the ticket has already issued: 75 % of full payment;
- less than 24 hours before departure: 100% of full payment;

The payment less than $15USD among item 2.3, the cancellation fee is directly added to $15.

Cancellation fee of a train ticke, per person
- more than 10 days before departure and the ticket is not issued: $10 for document fee;
- less than 10 days before departure or the ticket has already issued: 50 % of full payment;

The payment less than $10USD among item 2., the cancellation fee is directly added to $10

Cancellation fee of the service of guide or car, per person:
- more than 10 days before the date of service : it does not have expenses of cancellation;
- less than 10 days before the date of service : $10 of expenses of file;

In the event of cancellation of a person in the group, the expenses of cancellation will be refunded from the total amount of the payment which is the whole of the participants. Although, the reason for cancellation does not on behalf of the other members of the group.

Alteration of Itinerary
Alterations to your itinerary before the booking are happily processed free of charge
Alterations is done more than 21 days before departure, it will attract a fee of 30 US$ for document fee. Alterations is done less than 21 days before departure, it will be considered as a cancellation.The expenses of cancellation has indicated above.

Responsibility
Nihaochinatours act as an agent who provide the service for his customers . NH shall not be held responsible for any wrongful or negligent acts, omissions, or the failure of any equipment operated by any suppliers such as transportation carriers, cruise, and hotels, or any other party not directly owned or controlled by NH. According to aforementioned causes no payment should be refunded to the customers. We will make great efforts to seek the best solution to face the difficulties

Complaints and Claims
If you have complaint or claim during the travel , you must inform us by email(contact@nihaochinatours.com are recommended), letter, or facsimile within 30 days from the end of tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. NH will not be liable for any claims made later than 30 days after the completion of tour.
